Neva wins Best of Opposite Sex and
Best of Breed Bred-By Exhibitor
at the 2010 Eukanuba National
Championship! 12/10/2010

Neva is the girl out of our very special
Prince +
Dolly litter. We were
captured by her the moment she was born and are amazed to see how beautiful she
becomes with each passing day. She is spunky like her dam and quite
the comedian. She's the instigator, always trying to get everyone to play.
Neva's first show was in Longview, WA,
Thanksgiving weekend. At the tender age of 7 & 1/2 months, Neva earned her
first competition win. She then went on to win Best of Winners AND Best of
Breed over 19 other Eskies, including two beautiful Top Ten ranked dogs.
She finished out her ride with a Group II. We are so proud of her and
Tristan too as he was handling her at the time. Thank you to judge, Dennis
Blickinstaff for recognizing what potential she has.
Neva earned her UKC Championship during
Valentine's Day weekend, 2009. Thank you to judges Vallerie Piltz and Lynn
Martin for awarding her Best of Winners to finish up her Champion Title.
Tristan is doing a wonderful job showing her and despite occasionally thinking
it's playtime, Neva is very responsive to him.
It has been a fun summer watching Neva and
Tristan compete in the champion ring. Tristan and Neva have earned four of
her Champion legs towards her Grand. She also went to the UKC Premier in
June. She made the cut 3 of 4 shows earning a Champion Award of Merit and
a Reserve Champion. I am very please with this little girl's progress and
look forward to what the future may bring.
Tristan has done a wonderful job showing Neva and
finished her Grand Champion title with a big bang at the UKC National show
weekend in Sacramento, CA. He made the cut in all three shows but in the
last show won the Champions class. He then went on to win Best of Breed
over 32 other Eskies AND then finished up with a Best in Multi Breed Show!!!
Such a wonderful accomplishment for a 13 year old young man and our youngest
girl. I am so incredibly proud of these two!
We had great fun showing Neva in the Bred-by
class in AKC. She finished her title in February, 2010 in Albany, OR with
4 majors, 2 Bred-by Exhibitor Group 4's and one Group 2. We are very proud
that Neva is our first Champion finished from the Bred-by class.
Finishing Neva's Championship in the Bred-By
Exhibitor Class earned her an invitation to the Eukanuba National Champion in
December 2010. For such a young girl, we couldn't be happier with her big
win of Best of Breed Bred-By Exhibitor and Best of Opposite Sex. A fun
experience for us both and a great recognition for our breeding program.
We have spent the first part of 2011 working on
Neva's AKC Grand Champion Title. She is very close to finishing her title
and has picked up a couple of group placements along the way. Tristan has
done a wonderful job showing her and I couldn't be more proud of this very
special team. Stay tuned for news of their continued success in the ring.
Tristan finished Neva's AKC Grand Championship in
July, 2011 with multiple Group Placements over some of the country's top dogs.
We couldn't be more proud of their success.
We are looking forward to many wonderful years
with this beautiful girl and hope that she can live up to her sire's reputation
with the sass of life her dam has. Thank you to Doug Hamilton and Mary
Ellen Eichelberger for helping to create this special litter. Click here
